Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

1. Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time through Manage billing in your Tremor dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund applies, access remains available through the paid billing period.

2. Fourteen-day withdrawal period

Consumers who purchase at a distance generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. Tremor also offers a straightforward full refund of the first subscription payment when a valid request is submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase. Submit the online withdrawal form. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

3. Renewals and other refunds

Renewal payments are normally non-refundable once a new billing period has started, except where required by law or where there has been a duplicate charge, unauthorised transaction or material service failure. Contact Support email required before launch promptly if something is wrong.

4. Processing

Stripe Managed Payments provides transaction-level support and processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. A refund may end the corresponding subscription access.

5. Failed payments

A failed payment does not create paid access. If a renewal becomes past due, Tremor may provide a short payment-recovery grace period before extension access is suspended.
